Delete your Speako account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Speako account.

If you no longer want to use Speako, you can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. This is a permanent action.

What we delete

Your account credentials and profile
Saved favorites, folders, notes, and related learning content
Synthesized audio and pronunciation recordings stored for your account

What we may keep

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution (for example, billing or abuse logs). Those records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

How long it takes

After we verify your request, we aim to complete deletion within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.
